A minimum of 30 pupils is required for a school workshop.  Costs are calculated at £2.50/£3.00 per pupil with a minimum charge of £75.00/£90.00 respectively.

For larger groups it is recommended that you have repeat workshops according to numbers. For example a year group of 75 pupils would require 3 groups of 25.

Medicine and Health in Medieval England (KS3) has a maximum of 30 pupils per group in order to support delivery of the Medicine Game. For example a year group of 64 pupils would require 2 groups of 21 and 1 group of 22.

For all workshops adequate space to set up resources is required.

Due to the amount of resources needed for some workshops please make space available on the ground floor of your school.

Please note that discipline and welfare of the pupils remains the responsibility of the school staff at all times during delivery of the workshop.

Volunteers may assist in the delivery of the workshop, working at all times under supervision. Please indicate at time of booking if you would prefer not to have volunteers in the workshop.
